Journal Response - 9/13/2022
From the reading I learned that when making a game the more people you have on your team, the more difficult it is to manage everything. Not being able to manage your team can lead to things like assets going missing, an unclear understanding of workload and schedules and worst case scenario: the game being dropped entirely. The nice thing is that there are project manager tools that can help with managing a team. The reading goes over a bunch of different project manager tools but from the reading alone I'd have to say that "Monday" is the best. While it is more expensive than the others, it has a lot of functions that the other project manager tools lack and is much more easier to keep clean and organized.
